Father-Son Campout

Scott and Bruce went on a Father-Son campout this weekend. It rained Friday night, but the tent kept them dry: "It rained the entire night and there wasn't a drop in the tent," as Scott put it. They didn't get much sleep (Bruce got up at 3:30 a.m.) but had a blast throwing rocks in a pond, finding bugs, and roasting marshmallows on the fire. Despite showering in bug spray, they came back with a few bites each (check out Bruce's forehead).
They didn't take the camera on their campout: "Too much of a liability with the rain," Scott said. Probably right. So today's pictures are of Bruce playing with puzzles on the couch.
